In breve: Ammentus non raccoglie nulla. I file che carichi vengono letti ed elaborati dal tuo browser, restano sul tuo dispositivo e non vengono inviati a noi né a terzi. Non ci sono account, cookie di tracciamento, pubblicità o statistiche d'uso.

Che cosa succede ai tuoi file
Quando carichi un file FIT, GPX o un archivio ZIP, l'analisi avviene interamente nel browser, sul tuo dispositivo. Il file non transita da alcun server: non esiste un server applicativo a cui inviarlo. Fa eccezione il collegamento facoltativo all'account Bosch, descritto più sotto.
Il risultato dell'analisi — traccia, statistiche, nome e data dell'attività — viene salvato nella memoria locale del browser (IndexedDB) perché tu possa ritrovarlo alla visita successiva. Quei dati sono leggibili soltanto dal browser in cui li hai caricati e da nessun altro, noi compresi.
Le tracce contengono posizioni GPS, quindi informazioni sui luoghi che hai percorso, e possono contenere dati sull'attività fisica come cadenza, potenza e frequenza cardiaca se il tuo dispositivo li registra. Tutto questo resta sul tuo dispositivo.
Come cancellarli
- Rimuovi una singola attività con la ✕ sulla sua scheda nell'archivio.
- Cancella tutto svuotando i dati del sito dalle impostazioni del browser, oppure disinstallando l'app se l'hai aggiunta alla schermata Home.
- Prima di cancellare puoi conservarne una copia con Esporta: il file di backup resta sul tuo dispositivo, sei tu a decidere dove metterlo.
Collegamento facoltativo all'account Bosch
Se scegli di collegare il tuo account Bosch eBike, l'app usa il protocollo OAuth 2.0 con PKCE: non vedi né inserisci qui le tue credenziali Bosch, che restano sul portale Bosch. Il collegamento richiede inoltre che tu autorizzi Ammentus alla condivisione dei dati dalla sezione Data Act dell'app eBike Flow o dell'eBike Manager.
Il token di accesso rilasciato da Bosch viene conservato nella memoria locale del tuo browser, insieme al resto dei tuoi dati. Le richieste verso le API Bosch passano attraverso un tramite tecnico ospitato su Netlify e su Cloudflare, necessario perché il browser non può interrogare direttamente quelle API: il tramite inoltra la richiesta e la risposta senza conservarle.
Le attività scaricate da Bosch vengono trattate come qualsiasi altra traccia: restano sul tuo dispositivo. Puoi revocare il collegamento in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni dell'app e, sul lato Bosch, dalla sezione Data Act.
Servizi di terze parti
L'app non manda a nessuno il contenuto delle tue tracce, ma per funzionare carica alcune risorse da altri fornitori. Come per qualsiasi pagina web, quei fornitori vedono l'indirizzo IP da cui arriva la richiesta.

Nessuno di questi riceve i tuoi file, le tue attività o la tua traccia: le richieste delle tessere riguardano riquadri di mappa, non il percorso.
Cookie e statistiche
Ammentus non usa cookie, non installa strumenti di analisi del traffico, non profila e non mostra pubblicità. L'unica memoria usata è quella locale descritta sopra, necessaria al funzionamento dell'app e mai condivisa.
Base giuridica e diritti
Poiché il titolare non raccoglie né riceve dati personali, non esiste un trattamento su cui esercitare accesso, rettifica o cancellazione: i dati sono già interamente sotto il tuo controllo sul tuo dispositivo. Restano validi i tuoi diritti nei confronti dei fornitori terzi elencati sopra, ciascuno con le proprie informative. Puoi comunque scrivere al contatto indicato per qualsiasi chiarimento o per un reclamo, e rivolgerti al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Modifiche
Se questa informativa cambierà, la data in cima verrà aggiornata. Le versioni precedenti non vengono conservate online.

In short: Ammentus collects nothing. The files you load are read and analysed by your own browser, stay on your device, and are never sent to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, no advertising and no usage analytics.

What happens to your files
When you load a FIT or GPX file, or a ZIP archive, the analysis happens entirely in the browser on your device. The file never travels to a server: there is no application server to send it to. The optional Bosch account connection, described below, is the one exception.
The result — route, statistics, activity name and date — is saved in the browser's local storage (IndexedDB) so you find it again next time. That data is readable only by the browser you loaded it in, and by nobody else, ourselves included.
Tracks contain GPS positions, and therefore information about the places you have ridden, and may contain fitness data such as cadence, power and heart rate if your device records them. All of it stays on your device.
How to delete it
- Remove a single activity with the ✕ on its card in the archive.
- Delete everything by clearing the site data in your browser settings, or by uninstalling the app if you added it to your Home Screen.
- Before deleting you can keep a copy with Export: the backup file stays on your device and you decide where it goes.
Optional Bosch account connection
If you choose to connect your Bosch eBike account, the app uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE: your Bosch credentials are never seen or entered here, they stay on the Bosch portal. The connection also requires you to authorise Ammentus for data sharing in the Data Act section of the eBike Flow app or the eBike Manager.
The access token issued by Bosch is kept in your browser's local storage, together with the rest of your data. Requests to the Bosch APIs pass through a technical relay hosted on Netlify and Cloudflare, needed because the browser cannot query those APIs directly: the relay forwards request and response without storing them.
Activities downloaded from Bosch are treated like any other track: they stay on your device. You can revoke the connection at any time from the app settings and, on the Bosch side, from the Data Act section.
Third-party services
The app sends nobody the content of your tracks, but it does load some resources from other providers. As with any web page, those providers see the IP address the request comes from.

None of them receives your files, your activities or your route: tile requests concern map squares, not your track.
Cookies and analytics
Ammentus sets no cookies, installs no traffic analytics, does no profiling and shows no advertising. The only storage used is the local one described above, needed for the app to work and never shared.
Legal basis and your rights
Since the controller neither collects nor receives personal data, there is no processing against which to exercise access, rectification or erasure: the data is already entirely under your control on your device. Your rights towards the third-party providers listed above remain, each under its own policy. You can still write to the contact above for clarification or a complaint, and you may lodge one with your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Previous versions are not kept online.
